We work meticulously and efficiently, observing all relevant codes of practice, and running a completely computerized outfit equipped with state of art software and a well furnished library. We also have links with institutions locally and internationally for technical support.

Project + potentials is an engineering consultancy firm established in February 2003 and registered with the corporate affairs commission in Nigeria. We were fully registered as an Engineering consulting firm by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) in November 2005 with registration no. Ef00355. And also registered with the Association of Consulting Engineering in Nigeria (ACEN) in January 2014 with membership no. F287.
Our vision is to produce independent and high-class engineers in our field of engineering and also provide world-class engineering services in our core areas of service.
Our Team
Olajide Olayemi
Director
He is a fully registered Civil Engineer with Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE) and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He attended the University of Ilorin and graduated with a Second class honours upper limit in 1995
He has over 25 years of vast experience in the field, working with several companies in various roles, which includes AOP consult limited as a Pupil Engineer, Visionary consultant as a Project engineer.
Dare Olayemi
Electrical Services Project Director
She graduated from the University of Ilorin in 2000 with a bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering
She started practicing at MIU-BETA Engineers in 2002 as a Pupil engineer and rose to become Project Engineer before leaving in 2007. She also worked briefly with KENOL Nig. Ltd.
She is a corporate Member of Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE) and duly registered with Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN)
Oluwadayo Akinsulure
Mechanical Services Project Director
He obtained HND in Mechanical Engineering from Yaba College of Technology Yaba, PGD in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Akure and M.Eng. Mechanical Engineering from Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta.
Oladeji Abiodun
Project Director
Obtained both first degree (B.Eng, Civil Engineering) and second degree(M. Eng, Structures) in Federal university of Technology, Akure. He became corporate member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) in 2014, certified by Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) in 2015, and inducted as corporate member of Nigerian Institute of structural Engineers (NISTRUCTE) in 2018.
Fakorode Adedeji
Project Director
He has over 10 years working experience in design and construction management and has managed several projects including industrial, residential and estate development among others. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Ilorin, Kwara state. He is a COREN registered Engineer, a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers
Oluwatobi Adegboye
Civil Engineer
He is a graduate of Civil Engineering Technology (HND) from Rufus Giwa Polytechnics, Owo, Ondo State January, 2019. He worked as intern in Sparklight construction company OPIC, Ogun state, Staadworks construction Ikeja, Lagos, Messr. Alsteng Construction Ogun state where he worked both under the supervision of Registered engineer and also Site Engineer respectively. He slso worked as a Site Engineer at Belmont constructions, Ikorodu Lagos.
Ogunbiyi Ayodele
Project Engineer
He is a graduate from the Osun State Polytechnic, Osun state with OND and HND in Civil Engineering. He has engaged in several projects which cuts across all civil structural development
Agbaje-Daniels Toluwanimi
Assistant Project Manager
She is a graduate of University of Lagos, Lagos State in 2015 from the department of civil and environmental engineering.
She worked with Laralek Ultimate Ltd during her SIWES internship program in 2019 and joined Project Plus Potentials in April 2022.
Adeyemi Yusuf Salami
Mechanical Services Engineer
He obtained an HND from Yaba college of technology, and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Akure. Adeyemi is an innovative Mechanical Engineering Professional with over 15 years significant experience. He has been involved in a number of Design and Construction projects having worked as Mechanical Design Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Engineer for various notable companies such as Cadbury Nigeria Plc, Spectra Industries Limited, Mufat Technical Limited.

Ola Ademola
Project Manager
He obtained an OND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Federal Polytechnic Ede and Bachelor of Technology from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. He started his Electrical Building Services training in 2008 at Design Union Consulting LLC and Elens Konsult, a leading MEP firm, amongst others. He is a corporate Member of Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE) and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
Wasiu Adeoje
Project Architect
His post secondary educational career started in 1995 from LAUTECH (Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso). He studied Architecture and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree. He later joined Ade Ojuri & Partners in 2003 as an Assistant Architect, and subsequently promoted to the position of a project Architect, where he handled various residential, commercial and Industrial projects.
